2025 INDIVIDUAL BROKER MEMBER
A Licensed Real Estate Broker is a professional authorized to assist clients in buying, selling, leasing, or managing real estate transactions. They have completed state-approved education, passed the Illinois Real Estate Broker Exam, and adhere to the regulations set by the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation. (IDPFR). To ensure legitimacy, all Illinois Real Estate Broker Licenses must be verifiable through the IDFPR's online license look up system.
2025 ALLIED MEMBER (AFFILIATE)
Those individuals, associations, organizations engaged in business allied to real estate, and shall include mortgage bankers, architects, building superintendents, property managers, public housing managers, rental agencies, interior decorators, household appliances, and furniture dealers, public officers, city, state and federal housing officials and faculties of trade schools and teachers.
